Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams

- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy or innovation management at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends and translating into business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) strongly preferred
