Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and present comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging tech into next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Drive cross-functional innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of commercializing cutting-edge technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
