Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030 market shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments in emerging fields
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs with $5M+ annual budgets
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging tech solutions at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Prior work with venture capital or Fortune 500 innovation teams
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
