Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market demands and business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate and prototype disruptive solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to maintain technological advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technology partnerships
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI assessment
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Excellent presentation skills with executive/board experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
