Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with budgets exceeding $50M annually
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage vendor relationships with quantum hardware and AI model providers
- Drive innovation through hackathons and cross-disciplinary collaboration labs
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with quantum algorithms, transformer architectures, or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of launching at least two commercialized tech innovations
- Certifications in AI ethics and sustainable technology frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Public speaking experience at global tech conferences (e.g., TED, Web Summit)
