Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategy
- Drive innovation workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record in emerging tech evaluation and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Executive communication and presentation abilities
- Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
