Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026 with quarterly strategic pivots
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces)
- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging tech adoption and ROI measurement
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision
- Conduct horizon scanning of global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation sprints with industry partners and academic institutions
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching successful tech ventures or moonshot projects
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
