- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and tech pioneers
- Oversee innovation incubation programs for disruptive technologies
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech products or services from concept to market
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong presentation skills and executive communication experience
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) a plus
