Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic AI)
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech trends across biotech, aerospace, and digital infrastructure
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor groups
- Forge partnerships with academic research labs and government innovation initiatives
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology projects
- Author thought leadership papers on the future of human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and government committees
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM Q) or equivalent
- Portfolio of published research on 2026 technology trends
