Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for strategic integration
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints focused on next-gen capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive communication abilities
