Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Identify and evaluate disruptive tech opportunities (AI ethics, neuromorphic computing)
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Drive sustainable tech integration in enterprise architectures
- Author thought leadership publications on tech evolution trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong familiarity with ethical tech frameworks and governance
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Published research in IEEE/Nature/Science journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
