Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) with strategic business applications
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and competitive landscape
- Lead cross-functional implementation teams for pilot programs of futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Create frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology roadmapping (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
