Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on leader who can bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. You will own the product roadmap for our core subscription metrics, working closely with engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver features that drive ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and improve customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for our B2B SaaS platform, aligning with quarterly business objectives.
- Analyze key metrics (Churn, MRR, NPS, DAU/MAU) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to ensure our product remains the market leader in scalability and ease of use.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation, through prototyping, development, and post-launch optimization.
- Drive A/B testing strategies to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion funnels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the SaaS or B2B software industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Amplitude).
- Proven track record of improving retention and reducing churn in previous roles.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing product budgets and working with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
