Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI, sustainable energy)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments affecting future technologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology strategies
