- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies with 18-24 month implementation horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate innovation
- Manage innovation portfolio balancing high-risk/high-reward projects with scalable solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused technologies with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience managing global innovation teams and cross-cultural collaboration
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
