Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap through market trend analysis and competitive intelligence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems)
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Curate internal innovation labs for experimental technology validation
- Advise on ethical implications and regulatory compliance for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Fluency in Python and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
