- Secure patents and publish white papers on breakthrough innovations
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 patented technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience with federal grant applications and policy advocacy
- Certification in Technology Futures or Innovation Management
