- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for future initiatives
- Monitor global tech disruptions and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for future-tech projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and strategic planning skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
