Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead discovery and evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) through market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology initiatives into corporate planning and resource allocation
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to prototype development with $500K+ budgets
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to stakeholders and investors through executive briefings
- Foster an innovation culture by mentoring teams and implementing agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing breakthrough technologies with measurable business impact
