Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (patents, white papers, or keynotes)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futures Studies
