Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and competitive landscape
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present compelling technology narratives to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to pilot deployment
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory impacts to inform strategic decisions
- Mentor teams on future-proofing methodologies and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration with specialization in emerging tech
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to assess tech ROI and market viability
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies preferred
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
