Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech assessment (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Experience with patent landscape analysis and IP strategy
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
