Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026+) including quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess market readiness
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present visionary concepts to investors and industry stakeholders at global forums
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused innovation methodologies
- Drive patent development and IP protection for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex technological ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier publications
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Global network connections with leading tech innovators and research institutions
