Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational growth and market disruption
- Lead R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-machine collaboration systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms for technology incubation
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrable impact on future-facing products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
