Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 market impact potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across product development and operations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of identifying and scaling transformative technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Certification in emerging technology or strategic foresight preferred
