Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with MIT, Stanford, and EU research consortiums
- Translate theoretical innovations into patentable commercial applications
- Advise C-suite on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption
- Secure $50M+ in government grants and private equity for frontier tech projects
- Pioneer industry standards for human-centric AI and quantum security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Track record of scaling lab innovations into billion-dollar markets
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (US/EU/Asia)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Network with 50+ VCs and Fortune 500 innovation officers
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or German for global partnerships
