- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Perform competitive analysis and patent landscape research for strategic positioning
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO) preferred
