- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board members securing $50M+ annual R&D budget

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier journals (2019-2023)
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Security clearance or ability to obtain Tier 3 government clearance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit)
