Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruptions and regulatory impacts
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 80%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent strategic planning certification
- Portfolio of successfully implemented future-tech initiatives
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
