Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify disruptive innovations relevant to 2026 market landscape
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Champion emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) through pilot programs and POCs
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts impacting future ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives
- Experience building and managing innovation pipelines and incubation programs
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-level decisions
