- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruptors
- Lead stakeholder workshops to prioritize R&D investments in quantum AI, nanotech, and synthetic biology
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption across global markets
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets in deep tech sectors
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech convergence trends
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets for prototyping next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling R&D initiatives to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- PhD or equivalent in Physics, Computer Science, or Bioengineering
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF, DOE)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
