Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology trends with 2026-2030 impact horizon, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption vectors
- Lead stakeholder workshops to synthesize technical insights into executable strategic initiatives
- Competitive intelligence analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech adoption curves
- Partner with venture teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite with data-backed ROI projections
- Build and maintain a global network of technology innovators and research institutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or corporate innovation with 3+ years focused on future tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward initiatives with measurable market impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and ability to connect disparate technological domains
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
