Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 technology roadmaps
- Anticipate and analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with 15+ global partners
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Tech incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech
- Experience with quantum algorithms and neural architecture
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
- CISSP certification and clean energy expertise
