You'll drive initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-machine augmentation – ensuring our organization remains ahead of the innovation curve.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Architect innovation pipelines and incubation programs for next-gen solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within large organizations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation preferred
