Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate technical capabilities into scalable commercial solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology visions and business cases to C-suite executives and investors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Deep understanding of technology adoption cycles and market dynamics
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong network within technology ecosystems and venture capital community
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
