Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype next-gen AI/ML systems with 10+ year scalability horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to develop human-AI collaborative frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-digital, neurotech)
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and decision engines
- Develop strategic roadmaps for digital transformation in client ecosystems
- Mentor junior researchers in future-proof engineering methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with proven track record of disruptive innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE Spectrum) or equivalent impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
