Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neurotech) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across organizational domains
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Anticipate geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruption (e.g., blockchain, generative AI)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business, or related technical field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR, WFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation launches with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and risk assessment for exponential technologies
