Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, decentralized AI)
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data governance
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
