Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement future-focused solutions across departments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech disruptions and regulatory changes affecting innovation ecosystems
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Executive communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) highly desirable
