Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses for emerging tech disruptors (2026-2030)
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiotic interfaces
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and ethical impact
- Forge partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership on sustainable tech futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience scaling tech ecosystems from 0 to 100M+ users
