Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with C-suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into corporate vision
- Present technology forecasts and impact assessments to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation through internal hackathons and external tech ecosystem partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) highly valued
- Experience with agile development in uncharted technology territories
