Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech innovators
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning studies for emerging technologies
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio focused on 2026-2030 technology horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
