Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year vision and quarterly milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers in executing strategic initiatives
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of strategic investments
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
