Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Develop implementation frameworks for next-gen tech adoption across global operations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Build partnerships with tech innovators and academic institutions
- Oversee pilot programs for disruptive technologies with measurable ROI
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and Fortune 500 leadership
- PMP or equivalent strategic certification required
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
