Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum applications, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for R&D initiatives
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on emerging tech incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, or neuromorphic systems)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Futures Analysis or equivalent
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
