- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen innovations from concept to MVP
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and manage an external network of academic, startup, and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping (preferred)
