Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing) for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Assessment preferred
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI) for complex trend analysis
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization success stories
