- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate innovation into business strategy
- Identify and assess disruptive technologies for competitive advantage
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech adoption methodologies
- Establish KPIs to measure technological innovation impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with international tech ecosystem engagement
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CTM, CTO)
- Portfolio showcasing future-tech thought leadership or patents
