Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with strategic relevance for 2026-2030
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Champion adoption of frontier technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) across organizational functions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology ROI and innovation pipeline maturity
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investment committees
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation task forces with global stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting complex concepts to C-suite audiences
- Certification in technology innovation management (CTIM or equivalent preferred)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation journals
