- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate technical innovations into scalable business models and go-to-market strategies
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor innovation teams on emerging tech adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or clean energy tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or industry disruption
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute of the Future) preferred
